We purchased a custom dining table from Jackson Woods for our newly built home.  Jim was great to work with as we discussed the exact dimensions and specs to fit in our available space.  After reviewing multiple options for wood type we settled on walnut.  The detail work and the finished product were beautiful.  The metal legs we provided were installed by Jim and he improved on the method of fixation.  The table is solid, beautiful and a showpiece of our new home. We are very happy customers.

I bought a condo and had the entire condo remodeled.  The condo is small and I wanted two barn doors put in, one for the master bedroom and one for the guest bathroom door.  I wanted them to be custom made and wanted them to make my condo pop a bit.  I told Jim what style I wanted, and he took off and ran with it.  I am extremely satisfied with them and they are absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Jim and his work.   He is truly talented and passionate about his work and it shows.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my solid-wood, custom-made kitchen pantry from Jackson Woods.  They started with a simple drawing that I provided and tweaked it to perfection.  They offered a large selection of wood species along with a variety of door styles.   I was concerned about the color of stain, but was not disappointed. It was perfect!  I was consulted on all the small details and asked for my opinion.  Most reassuring was that I was given frequent updates on the progress along the way.  The custom-made cabinet took a little time to complete, but it was well worth the wait.  5 stars to Jim and Kathi!

I personally feel strongly about quality as twice past chairman of the Columbus section ASQ 801 on quality, so I know the importance of highlighting when things are done well.  I recently had two cabinets built by Jackson Woods. I looked at the big box stores and realized the wood and paint were not worthy of the price asked. I ran into Jim one day and he took me to his home and shared his workshop.  He told me more about woods, and fixtures, than I ever imagined. I  was hooked and had him build two different bathroom cabinets. The finished product is "A1 Quality"!
